Refund policy

As our pieces are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or for minor variations between the item received and the listing photographs.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from the product advertised, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photographs and details of the issue. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund.
